Reveal Dating (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Reveal Dating, registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at Revealdating123@gmail.com.
Reveal is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country. We will terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
Paid plans (Silver, Gold) and one-off purchases (e.g. Turbo boosts) are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
UK/EU statutory withdrawal right: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By starting to use a paid feature immediately on purchase, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to withdraw.
Prices include applicable VAT/GST where required.
If you obtained the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional terms from that store apply (including Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement). In-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
You retain ownership of photos, messages and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate, improve and promote the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
Reveal facilitates introductions but does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and report concerns to us and to local authorities.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and (where applicable) the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, our lawful bases, international transfers, and your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and “do not sell or share” for California residents).
We comply with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and the EU Digital Services Act. You can report illegal content, harassment, or other violations in-app or by emailing Revealdating123@gmail.com. We review reports and act on them, including removal and account termination where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if continued provision would expose us to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. licences you grant, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the EU or other jurisdictions retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
